Chiffon Package

Day-of (Month-of) Coordination

Our Day-of Coordination package is really a “Month-of Coordination” package, ideal for couples who have carefully planned out every detail of their wedding and simply need someone manage the event on the big day! Our Chiffon, Day of Wedding Coordination, Package was specially created for couples who have worked hard to pull every detail of their wedding together but want the space to enjoy their wedding without having to focus on logistics. Our team is here to manage everything from your timeline, floor plan, simple decor set up, vendors, guests, and yourselves to ensure you are able to celebrate with your loves ones, knowing everything is coming together seamlessly.

With our Chiffon, Day-of Coordination, package, your Lead Coordinator will connect with you four weeks prior to your wedding to familiarize themselves and our team with the plans you have laid, create a timeline, and touch base with your vendors.

On your wedding day, we are the liaison between you, your timeline, your floor plan, and your vendors, keeping the wedding on track. We will act as a the team leader of the vendors, overseeing that everyone is doing their part and all of the moving pieces of your wedding day flow perfectly to your plan. Of course, should something unexpected arise, our team of experienced coordinators are ready to quietly, yet effectively, troubleshoot so that you don’t have to take precious moments away from your celebration. You can be confident that we are managing everything behind the scenes so that you can focus on the important things like getting married and celebrating!

Chiffon Package Service Summary:

  • proactive communication with your venue the month of your wedding to acquire insurance requirements & house rules

  • meet with your Lead Coordinator via phone or video call prior to your wedding to:

    • create a detailed day-of timeline four weeks before to your wedding

    • discuss day-of details & logistics

  • coordinate with vendors beginning three weeks prior to your wedding date

    • distribute the timeline & floor plans to vendors prior to the wedding day

    • confirm arrival time, start time, and strike time of vendors

  • manage and coordinate your wedding day by acting as liaison between the timeline, floor plan, vendors, you, and your guests from set-up to clean-up & everything in-between, including but not limited to:

    • oversee vendor arrival and setup

    • cue DJ/photo/video teams for important events (i.e ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

    • work with the vendors to ensure all elements are running smoothly and according to plan throughout the duration of the wedding

    • work to problem solve efficiently and quietly, should anything unexpected arise

    • organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests

    • line up and cue wedding party for ceremony

    • cue couple and wedding party, for special events (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, etc.)

    • oversee vendor breakdown and clean up at the end of the ceremony / reception

  • provide basic decor set up and removal

    • includes placing the following items: signs & easels, card box, guest book, ceremony materials (i.e. programs, fans, & tissues) on a ceremony table, placing reserved signs on front two rows of ceremony seating, lighting candles, and setting up special design elements on sweetheart table.

  • provide an emergency Bridal Kit with items that are handy for both you, your guests, and vendors

  • event insurance (covers the coordinator, coordination assistants, & the coordinator’s property)

Coordination Package & Investment Info

Lace Package

3-Month Coordination

Our Lace Package is perfect for couples who have booked their vendors, created a wedding design, and accomplished the bulk of wedding planning, but are looking for extra support throughout the final months leading up to the wedding to ensure all details have been accounted for.

About 12 weeks prior to your wedding we begin working closely together to familiarize ourselves with your plans and help you tie up any loose ends. 3 Months prior to your wedding we become the primary point of contact for vendors, connecting with them to distribute/collect important documents and confirm all details. We will work with you to finalize a timeline (we create a draft shortly after booking so that you can use it as a tool to reference as you work on your wedding plans), become well acquainted with your design vision, discuss all of the little details that are often forgotten to ensure everything us accounted for, finalize your floor plan, attend your final production walkthrough at your venue, and so much more to ensure your vision is ready for us to bring it to life!

On your wedding day our team manages vendors, takes care of decor set up and breakdown, speaks for your timeline, and ensures everything is running smoothly, allowing you the space to be fully present and enjoy celebrating your marriage.

Although we won’t begin working closely together until about 12 weeks prior to your wedding, we want you to feel confident throughout your planning process. To accomplish this, upon booking our 3-Month Coordination clients are provided tools to guide and support the wedding planning journey!

Lace Package Service Summary:

Support provided 12 weeks to 1 day prior to your wedding:

  • meet regularly with your lead coordinator via phone or video call and receive consistent email communication & support throughout the 12-weeks leading up to your wedding

  • create a detailed day-of timeline

  • create and/or finalize floor plan with you and your venue & disperse to vendors prior to wedding day

  • attend venue walkthrough / final venue production meeting

  • comprehensive details checklist to be completed with Lead Coordinator

    • The details checklist is a thorough document that will ensure everything from your lunch while getting ready to which pen you’ll use to sign your marriage license to how your personal belongings will be placed in your exit vehicle and everything in between is accounted for prior to your wedding day!

  • coordinate with vendors in the 12 week period leading up to your wedding day

    • gather pertinent day-of logistical information from the venue (i.e. insurance requirements, loading instructions, parking info, venue rules, etc.) & disperse to vendors prior to wedding day

    • confirm vendor arrival & service times prior to the wedding day

    • disperse timeline, floor plan, venue information, etc. to vendors prior to the wedding day

    • collect insurance information from vendors & provide to venue prior to the wedding day

    • confirm final balance amounts and due dates with vendors

  • attends and guides ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day Coordination Services:

This package includes all of the services outlined in the Day-of Coordination Package PLUS:

  • extended decor set up including place/escort card display set ups, table runner & centerpiece placement, ceremony programs, fans, tissues on individual seats and/or passed out, dinner menus at individual place settings, movement of certain floral arrangements and other decor from one location to another during the wedding

  • decor removal, packaging, and loading

  • additional coordination staff to ensure all tasks are accomplished in the alotted time
