We take the time to familiarize ourselves with you and your fiancé so that we can tailor not only a wedding that reflects your unique love story, but also a wedding planning journey that you will enjoy! This package is flexible and is meant to work with you and your busy schedule so that you can be as involved or uninvolved in the wedding planning process as you’d like. No matter the involvement level you chose, we keep you informed of wedding planning progress, track information clearly, and remind you of deadlines for tasks we simply cannot do ourselves (like attending fittings or hair and makeup trials)!

Planning support from time of booking until 1 day prior to your wedding:

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

If you are seeking a wedding planner but wish to maintain an active role in the wedding planning process, then partial planning is for you! Our Satin, Partial Wedding Planning, Package, provides assistance with wedding planning tasks like pacing wedding planning, wedding budgeting, wedding vendor scouting, wedding design development, and wedding day logistical mapping. However, where our Full Planning Wedding Planning Package offers full support in these areas, our Satin Package provides an abridged level of guidance ideal for couples that want to take the reigns on connecting with vendors, tracking expenses, and generally have a less hands-on wedding planner.

Satin Package Service Summary:

Lace Package

3-MONTH WEDDING COORDINATION

Our Lace Package is built especially for couples intending to take care of all vendor sourcing, design development, planning management, and budget management, and are simply looking for support during the final months of wedding planning to tie all the pieces of the plan together!

Lace Package Service Summary:

Coordination support provided 12 weeks to 1 day prior to your wedding:

• meet regularly with your lead coordinator via phone or video call and receive consistent email communication & support throughout the final 3 months leading up to your wedding

• wedding day timeline and floor plan creation

  • your lead coordinator will work with you to create a wedding day timeline

  • your wedding planner will work with you (and the venue, as necessary) to create a wedding floor plan that works for you aesthetically while respecting the space provided by your venue and your guest count

• Manage final vendor / venue communication & logistic prep

  • gather pertinent day-of logistical information from the venue (i.e. insurance requirements, loading instructions, parking info, venue rules, etc.) & disperse to vendors prior to wedding day

  • confirm vendor arrival & service times prior to the wedding day

  • disperse timeline, floor plan, venue information, etc. to vendors prior to the wedding day

  • collect insurance information from vendors & provide to venue prior to the wedding day

  • confirm final balance amounts and due dates with vendors

• Final venue walkthrough / venue production meeting

  • your wedding planner will attend your final venue walkthrough / production meeting to finalize details and ensure all logistics have been considered

• Ceremony rehearsal support

  • your lead coordinator will attend and guide your wedding ceremony rehearsal

Day-of wedding coordination:

provides all of the services included in the Chiffon Package PLUS:

• extended decor set up and styling including: place/escort card display arrangement; table runner & centerpiece placement; staging ceremony amenities (i.e. programs, fans, tissues on individual seats and/or passed out); arranging dinner menus at individual place settings; movement of certain floral arrangements and other decor from one location to another during the wedding

• decor removal, packaging, and loading

• additional coordination staff to ensure all tasks are accomplished in the alotted time

Chiffon Package

MONTH-OF (Day-of) WEDDING COORDINATION

You did the work, now it is time to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor! The Chiffon Package is designed for couples who will fully plan their own wedding and simply need someone to step in to bring those plans to life. We begin working closely with you four weeks prior to your wedding to familiarize ourselves with the plans you have laid, create a wedding day timeline, and touch base with your vendors. These preparations ensure we are fully aware of the plans you worked so hard to create, allowing us to coordinate your wedding to the absolute best of our abilities and set your entire vendor team up for success!

Chiffon Package Service Summary:

Coordination support provided 4 weeks to 1 day prior to your wedding:

• proactive communication with your venue the month of your wedding to acquire insurance requirements, house rules, and other pertinent wedding day logistical information

• meet regularly with your Lead Coordinator via phone or video call throughout the month prior to your wedding to:

  • create a detailed day-of timeline four weeks before your wedding

  • discuss day-of details & logistics

• coordinate with vendors beginning three weeks prior to your wedding date

  • distribute the timeline & floor plans to vendors prior to the wedding day

  • confirm arrival time, start time, and strike time of vendors

Day-of wedding coordination:

• manage and coordinate your wedding day by acting as liaison between the timeline, floor plan, vendors, you, and your guests from set-up to clean-up & everything in-between, including but not limited to:

  • oversee vendor arrival and setup

  • cue DJ/photo/video teams for important events (i.e ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

  • work with the vendors to ensure all elements are running smoothly and according to plan throughout the duration of the wedding

  • work to problem solve efficiently and quietly, should anything unexpected arise

  • organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests

  • line up and cue wedding party for ceremony

  • cue couple and wedding party, for special events (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, etc.)

  • oversee vendor breakdown and clean up at the end of the ceremony / reception

• provide basic decor set up and removal

  • includes placing and styling the following items: signs & easels; welcome table items (i.e. card box, guest book, etc.); ceremony materials (i.e. programs, fans, & tissues) on a ceremony table; placing reserved signs on front two rows of ceremony seating; lighting candles; setting up special design elements on sweetheart table.

• provide an emergency Bridal Kit with items that are handy for both you, your guests, and vendors

• event insurance (covers the coordinator, coordination assistants, & the coordinator’s property)

Our custom The 1909 X TWPLA package was especially designed to fit the specific needs of those planning their weddings at The 1909 in Topanga Canyon, CA. This unique 2-month coordination package provides ample support throughout the final months of your wedding preparations to ensure every detail is accounted for. As our single most frequented venue, we know this venue intimately and would love for that familiarity to benefit you!
