As our Number One most-frequented venue, it only seemed right to create a custom package just for this unique, mountain oasis venue we are proud to call our office away from office!
Our custom The 1909 X TWPLA package was especially designed to fit the specific needs of those planning their weddings at The 1909 in Topanga Canyon, CA. This unique 2-month coordination package provides a curated level of wedding preparation support enabling your Lead Coordinator to take over as vendor liaison, prepare the day-of timeline & floor plan prior to the final venue production meeting, attend your final production meeting with your venue, and provide ample support as the final details of your wedding planning come together!
This package is ideal for couples who plan to take care of most wedding planning elements like vendor scouting and booking, budget tracking, and design development and are simply looking for support in the final eight weeks leading up to their wedding to ensure all of those preparations will come together!

Prior to regularly meeting and working together in the 2 months leading up to your wedding, our clients enjoy the following wedding planning support immediately upon booking:

Support provided 8 weeks to 1 day prior to your wedding:
Meet regularly with your lead coordinator via phone or video call and receive consistent email communication & support throughout the 8 weeks leading up to your wedding
Create a detailed day-of timeline (prior to venue production meeting)
Create and/or finalize floor plan (prior to venue production meeting)
disperse to vendors prior to wedding day
Day-of logistic mapping support
Coordinate with vendors in the 8 week period leading up to your wedding day
Provide vendors with pertinent day-of information / inform vendors of venue requirements (i.e. timeline, floor plan, insurance requirements, loading instructions, parking info, venue rules, etc.)
Confirm vendor arrival & service times prior to the wedding day
Collect insurance information & signed house rules from vendors & provide to venue prior to the wedding day
Confirm final balance amounts and due dates with vendors
Attend final venue walkthrough / production meeting at The 1909
Attend and guide wedding ceremony rehearsal
Day-of Coordination Services Summary (included in our this package)
Manage and coordinate your wedding day by acting as liaison between the timeline, floor plan, vendors, you, and your guests from set-up to clean-up & everything in-between, including but not limited to:
Oversee vendor arrival and setup
Cue DJ/photo/video teams for important events (i.e ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
Work with your wedding vendors to ensure all elements are running smoothly and according to plan throughout the duration of the wedding
Work to problem solve efficiently and quietly, should anything unexpected arise
Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests
Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony
Cue couple and wedding party, for special events (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, etc.)
Oversee vendor breakdown and clean up at the end of the ceremony / reception
Decor set up including setting up signs & easels, placing & styling welcome & card/gifts table; setting up / styling ceremony materials (i.e. programs, fans, & tissues), placing reserved signs for special ceremony seating, place/escort card display set ups, placing & styling special design elements on sweetheart table, styling guest dinner tables including placing table runners, centerpiece accent decor; dinner menus; movement of certain floral arrangements and other decor from one location to another during the wedding
Decor removal, packaging, and loading
Provide an emergency Bridal Kit with items that are handy for both you, your guests, and vendors
Insured (covers the coordinator, coordination assistants, & the coordinator’s property)
