Whether you are in the beginning stages of planning your wedding or are further along and in need of support, we would be honored to work with you to plan your unique wedding celebration! While we offer two great base planning packages, every package is customized to meet your individual circumstance and needs. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs and walk you through what wedding planning with us looks like, starting with the booking process and ending with your big day!
Silk Package
Full Wedding Planning
We work with our full planning clients from the very beginning of wedding planning all the way through to the grand exit on your special day. Together we will create a beautiful celebration that reflects your unique love story and personalities!
During our initial consultation we listen carefully to gain an understanding of your values, visions, preferences, and needs not only for your actual wedding day, but also for the wedding planning process. Whether you want to be hands-on every step of the way or prefer to simply be updated as plans evolve, we are happy and equip to accommodate your needs.
Our Full Wedding Planning Package offers support with all elements of wedding planning including but not limited to:
Planning support from time of booking until 1 day prior to your wedding:
Unlimited communication with your wedding planner
Planning management
your planner will create a month-by-month wedding planning schedule which details out all tasks to be accomplished from the time of booking until wedding day. This schedule creates a realistic pace for wedding planning in order to accomplish all of your wedding goals while remaining respectful of the time and energy limitations presented by your everyday life.
your planner will keep up with their own tasks and track deadlines on the tasks we simply cannot do ourselves (wedding dress fittings, practicing dance choreography, etc.). All progress on the tasks we do cover is communicated to you regularly and clearly
Budgeting support
your planner will create an initial suggested budget allocation which allocates your total goal wedding budget towards each anticipated wedding expense. This initial budget sets the expectation of what price range should be considered for any particular expense category in order to achieve your budgeting goals
your planner will continuously track wedding expenses throughout wedding planning to ensure you are always aware of where you stand with your wedding budget
your planner will remind you of all incremental payment amounts and due dates
your planner will remind you of all vendor final balance amounts and deadlines
Vendor scouting & selection support
your planner will provide curated selections of vendors in any particular category based on your interests, needs, and budget
your planner will arrange initial consultation meetings with vendors (and attend where appropriate)
your planner will provide the contract information to vendors to create contracts & receive the contracts to preform initial review prior to providing to you for final review and approval
Design development, curation, & implementation
you will be provided with a custom wedding mood board based on your expressed wedding vision and interests. This mood board will be adjusted as your vision evolves and become polished as the wedding plans are laid
your planner will provide specific decor / design element options (either for rental or purchase) to achieve your wedding design vision goals
on your wedding day our team of wedding coordinators will oversee 3rd party decor set up and style any decor you personally purchased
Wedding day timeline & floor plan creation
your wedding planner will work with you to create a wedding day timeline that outlines every portion of the day including your morning plan, getting ready schedule, vendor arrival and set up, and, of course, the wedding ceremony and reception timeline
your wedding planner will work with you (and the venue, as necessary) to create a wedding floor plan that works for you aesthetically while respecting the space provided by your venue and your guest count
Manage final vendor / venue communication & logistic prep
gather pertinent day-of logistical information from the venue (i.e. insurance requirements, loading instructions, parking info, venue rules, etc.) & disperse to vendors prior to wedding day
confirm vendor arrival & service times prior to the wedding day
disperse timeline, floor plan, venue information, etc. to vendors prior to the wedding day
collect insurance information from vendors & provide to venue prior to the wedding day
confirm final balance amounts and due dates with vendors
Final venue walkthrough / venue production meeting
your wedding planner will attend your final venue walkthrough / production meeting to finalize details and ensure all logistics have been considered
Ceremony rehearsal
your lead coordinator will attend and guide your wedding ceremony rehearsal
Day-of Wedding Coordination Support
manage and coordinate your wedding day by acting as liaison between the timeline, floor plan, vendors, you, and your guests from set-up to clean-up & everything in-between, including but not limited to:
oversee vendor arrival and setup
cue DJ/photo/video teams for important events (i.e ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
work with the vendors to ensure all elements are running smoothly and according to plan throughout the duration of the wedding
work to problem solve efficiently and quietly, should anything unexpected arise
organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests
line up and cue wedding party for ceremony
cue couple and wedding party, for special events (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, etc.)
oversee vendor breakdown and clean up at the end of the ceremony / reception
provide basic + extended decor set up and removal
BASIC: includes placing and styling the following items: signs & easels; welcome table items (i.e. card box, guest book, etc.); ceremony materials (i.e. programs, fans, & tissues) on a ceremony table; placing reserved signs on front two rows of ceremony seating; lighting candles; setting up special design elements on sweetheart table.
EXTENDED: extended decor set up and styling including: place/escort card display arrangement; table runner & centerpiece placement; staging ceremony amenities (i.e. programs, fans, tissues on individual seats and/or passed out); arranging dinner menus at individual place settings; movement of certain floral arrangements and other decor from one location to another during the wedding
decor removal, packaging, and loading
additional coordination staff to ensure all tasks are accomplished in the designated timeframe
provide an emergency Bridal Kit with items that are handy for both you, your guests, and vendors
event insurance (covers the coordinator, coordination assistants, & the coordinator’s property)

Partial Wedding Planning
Our Satin Package was designed to bridge the gap between full wedding planning and wedding coordination, achieving the perfect balance of planning support and budget.
With our Partial Wedding Planning Package we meet clients where they are on their wedding planning journey, ready to alleviate wedding planning pressure where necessary. We get started by helping you set a pace for the remainder of your wedding planning process by creating a planning timeline, creating a suggested allocation of the wedding budget, and evolving your design vision into something tangible.
As a partial wedding planning client you will enjoy an abridged approach to wedding planning support in all aspects of wedding planning including but not limited to:
Planning support from time of booking until 1 day prior to your wedding:
Regularly scheduled monthly check in phone or video calls + regular email communication
Planning management
your planner will create a month-by-month wedding planning schedule which details out all tasks to be accomplished from the time of booking until wedding day.
your planner will check in on the progress of this schedule during check in calls and offer support as needed.
your planner will track deadlines, communicate progress on the tasks our team is responsible for, and cue you for upcoming tasks
Budgeting support
we create an initial suggested budget allocation that parses out your goal budget towards each anticipated expense in a way that achieves your wedding budget goal. This guide remains available as a reference tool for you, so that you may consider it as you book vendors and commit to wedding expenses
our partial planning clients are responsible for tracking their budget and expenses throughout wedding planning
we will cue you for final balances
