Through a wonderful working relationship beginning back in 2020, The Fig House has become a venue beloved by the entire Wedding Planner LA team! Through planning and coordinating weddings at this gorgeous venue over the years, we have had the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with their systems, learning their procedures, package inclusions, venue offerings, house rules, and production process. Our special Fig package was created with all the nuanced details and requirements of this venue in mind, offering premium preparation support and day-of coordination for clients, a streamlined production period for the venue, and the opportunity to work at The Fig House again and again to ourselves!

Fig Package

4 Month Coordination Package

Our Fig Package is tailored specifically for couples getting married at The Fig House in Highland Park, Los Angeles, California. This unique 4-month coordination package offers extended support during the final stages of wedding preparations, allowing your Lead Coordinator to step in earlier as your vendor liaison, create your day-of timeline and floor plan ahead of your venue’s production meeting, and attend the production meeting with you in addition to all of the regular services included in our coordination packages.

Ideal for couples who are managing most of their planning—such as vendor booking, budgeting, and design—the Fig Package ensures everything comes together smoothly in the final months before your big day at The Fig House!

Prior to when we begin working regularly together during the 4 months leading up to your wedding, our clients enjoy the following immediate wedding planning support upon booking:

  • Access to our preferred vendors lists (and special vendor rates where applicable)

  • Wedding planning guides and tools

  • Reminder emails on certain key dates relating to your wedding plans

  • Complimentary wedding day checklists

  • & more!

Support provided 16 weeks to 1 day prior to your wedding:

  • Meet regularly with your lead coordinator via phone or video call and receive consistent email communication & support throughout the 12-weeks leading up to your wedding to:

    • Create a detailed day-of timeline

    • Create and/or finalize floor plan with you and the venue & disperse to vendors prior to wedding day

    • Familiarize ourselves with the wedding plan logistical and design details

    • Highlight outstanding wedding planning tasks and work with you to resolve these details

  • Connect with The Fig House to communicate day-of logistics and schedule important meetings

  • Attend final venue production meeting at The Fig House

  • Connect with vendors, take over as primary point of contact

    • Communicate venue logistical information and requirements (i.e. insurance requirements, loading instructions, house rules, parking info, etc.)

    • Confirm vendor arrival & service times prior to the wedding day

    • Disperse timeline, floor plan, venue information, etc. to vendors prior to the wedding day

    • Collect insurance information from vendors & signed house rules from vendors and provide those documents to the venue prior to your wedding day

    • Confirm final balance amounts and due dates with vendors

  • Attend and guide ceremony rehearsal at The Fig House

Day-of Coordination Services Summary (included in the Fig Package)

  • Manage and coordinate your wedding day by acting as liaison between the timeline, floor plan, vendors, you, and your guests from set-up to clean-up & everything in-between, including but not limited to:

    • Oversee vendor arrival and setup

    • Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests

    • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony

    • Cue couple and wedding party, for special events (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, etc.)

    • Cue DJ/photo/video teams for important events (i.e ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

    • Work with the vendors to ensure all elements are running smoothly and according to plan throughout the duration of the wedding

    • Work to problem solve efficiently and quietly, should anything unexpected arise

    • Oversee vendor breakdown and clean up at the end of the ceremony / reception

  • Decor set up including setting up signs & easels, placing & styling welcome & card/gifts table; setting up / styling ceremony materials (i.e. programs, fans, & tissues), placing reserved signs for special ceremony seating, place/escort card display set ups, placing & styling special design elements on sweetheart table, styling guest dinner tables including placing table runners, centerpiece accent decor; dinner menus; movement of certain floral arrangements and other decor from one location to another during the wedding

  • Decor removal, packaging, and loading

  • Provide an emergency Bridal Kit with items that are handy for both you, your guests, and vendors

  • Event insurance (covers the coordinator, coordination assistants, & the coordinator’s property)
