Set up list
Help me, help you. Let me know exactly what decor you have, where it is coming from, and where you want it to go! I want to ensure all of the details have been accounted for!
A couple things to note:
1) We are happy to take whatever decor we can fit into our cars at the time of the rehearsal (as long as it is within 48 hours of your wedding) to ensure they are at the venue and ready for setup the morning of your wedding. Please keep in mind we bring a lot of backup materials in our vehicles which limits space. Anything that does not fit into our cars will need to be brought in by a third party (i.e. another vendor, a friend, etc.).
2) We do not transport food or alcohol! Our insurance doesn’t cover this.
23 We do not take decor, card, gifts, or personal items at the end of the night! We are more than happy to place all of these items in a predetermined vehicle to ensure these items are returned to you save and sound! (That being said, if we find anything laying around the venue we, of course, will not leave it behind! We ask that any items we may recover are picked up within 48 hours of your wedding OR we can ship them to you!)
4) We do not set up any tables, chairs, draping, elevated floral arrangements, or lighting (except for candles). Basically we are happy to place any decor that doesn’t require a ladder, but functional items (i.e. tables & chairs) will be either the venue, caterer, or rental company’s responsibility to move. If you are in need of extra hands to move/setup any of these items we are happy to book an extra assistant, just let us know 14 days prior to your wedding!
